Ebonyi State University (EBSU) has officially released the second batch of the NELFUND loan refund list. This update is for students whose loans were disbursed but who are yet to apply for a refund.

What to Do If Your Name Is on the List
If you find your name on the second batch list, you should immediately proceed to write a letter of refund.
When writing your refund letter, make sure you clearly state that:
- You are applying for a NELFUND loan refund
- Your name is on the SECOND BATCH
- The letter clearly includes “2ND LIST”
This is very important. Applications without this indication may be delayed or rejected.
