When Will EBSU Open Portal for Course Registration 2024/2025 Session?
Many Ebonyi State University (EBSU) students have been worried about when the school portal will reopen for course registration. Good news — the long wait is almost over!
According to a post made by the Students’ Union Government (SUG) President, Comrade Chika Abraham Nwuhuo (CAN), the school management has agreed to reopen the portal to allow students complete their registration.

NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS
Dear fellow students,
As the President of the Students’ Union Government (SUG), committed to attending to your needs at all times, I observed that many students were unable to register their courses due to the closure of the school portal.
In response, I met with the school management today and requested that the portal be reopened to enable all students complete their registration. I am pleased to inform you that the management has assured that the course registration portal will be reopened from Tuesday, 28th October, 2025.
Please note that this reopening is certain and will take effect as stated.
Furthermore, I also advocated on behalf of students who missed their GST examinations for one reason or another. The management has approved that such students be given the opportunity to retake their missed exams.
All affected students are therefore directed to meet their respective Faculty Presidents to submit their names, which should be forwarded to my office on or before Thursday, 30th October, 2025, by 12:00 noon. A new date for the makeup examination will be communicated thereafter.
