Just recently, the military commander in niger republic sacked the executive president of the country listing sundry reasons for their action to include corruption and high handedness in governance.nothing seems to be working.laws are flouted with reckless abandon, insecurity is on the highest peak, government officials thrive in corruption, inflation is high, unemployment wrecks the people etc.provoked by these anomalies,a group of soldiers organized palace coup,over threw the civilian government,took over the government of Niger and forced the civilian president into exile.assuming the constitution of the republic of Niger is in all fours with the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria and military junta has not suspended the said constitution so far.the two parties have consulted you as a legal practitioner, advice the parties
