SUG Reacts to NELFUND Underpayment, Promises Payment After Final Batch

Following several complaints from students about underpayment in the ongoing NELFUND disbursement, the Students’ Union Government (SUG) has finally addressed the issue.

In a recent response, the SUG President assured affected students that those who were underpaid will receive their balance immediately after the last batch of payments scheduled for this week is completed. He warned that those who were overpaid and choose not to speak up may eventually “learn in the hard way,” suggesting that necessary adjustments could still be made.
